If making a 50% deposit, the balance to be paid
by June 1, 2011. Exceptions only by prior arrangement.

Liability Agreement:
World Soccer Tours Inc, the coach / organization / venue / independent contractor/ shall not be held responsible for any injury to a player occurring whilst on tour. It is understood that players are insured independently.

Evidence of player health insurance (copy of insurance card or policy) should be provided before departure.

Important: There is a ‘no-refund of the 50% deposit’ policy if a player withdraws from the tour, unless there is a ‘Doctor certified & documented physical problem’ which occurs prior to the tour and provided the flight and accommodations have not yet been expensed on the players behalf.

In every other case, the player’s family/guardian will be responsible for the incurred costs if the player is withdrawn from the tour, prior to departure, and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded. A Tour Team roster shall be comprised of between 15 and 18 players. Every player will play in every game. World Soccer reserves the right to send home, immediately, any player whose behavior is deemed anti social and disruptive to the tour group.
